The Finance Committee shall advise the Board of Directors with respect to the financial condition and financial policies of the Corporation. They shall suggest ways and means of conserving and increasing the revenues of the Corporation. The Committee will prepare the following year’s budget for presentation to the Board of Directors. The Committee shall be responsible for determining the ways and means by which budget requirements are met. This report shall be completed in the first quarter of each fiscal year. The Budget and Finance Committee shall conduct a yearly audit of all Corporation expenses and present a report to the Board.
